제목 Fabrication and Charaterization of 3-Dimensional PDMS Nanosheet Scaffold By Electrospinning
초록 PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) has been applied many biocompatible materials such as artificial heart valve, lens and catheter. Because of its flexible, chemical inertness, thermal stability and non-toxicity. In this study, electrospun PDMS nanofiber was used for inspire the 3-D extracellular matrix structure. Surface modified PDMS nanosheet was performed by oxygen plasma treatment to improve hydrophilic. HeLa cell was cultured on surface modified PDMS nanosheets and confirmed cells viability. The physicochemical properties of PDMS nanosheets were confirmed by OM (Optical microscope), Contact angel, Tensile strength, FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) (ATR-mode) and TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis). Cells cultured on PDMS nanosheets were confirmed by CLSM (Confocal laser scanning microscope), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy).
