제목 High performance Poly(vinylidene fluoride—trifluoroethylene—chlorofluoroethylene) /reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite thin film actuators
초록 In the present study polymer modified reduced graphene oxide (PMrGO) sheets were reinforced into electroactive Poly(vinylidene fluoride—trifluoroethylene—chlorofluoroethylene) P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) terpolymer to prepare PMrGO/ P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) nanocomposite thin films which have potential application in actuation. PMrGO sheets were synthesized by the noncovalent modification of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) with PS-b-PPP, and subsequently the PMrGO was homogeneously dispersed into the polymer matrix by solution mixing. The influences of PMrGO loadings on the dielectric and electromechanical actuation properties of the P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)/PMrGO nanocomposites were systematically evaluated. The PMrGO sheets homogeneously dispersed throughout the polymer matrix and shows excellent interaction with the polymer matrix. When compared with devices without PMrGO, thin films of PMrGO/ P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) nanocomposite shows significantly improved dielectric and electromechanical actuation properties.
