제목 Effect of functionalized PVB on the characterization of Novel acetal epoxy resin compositions for low temperature
초록 A novel acetal epoxy resin compositions were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A and functionalized polyvinyl butyral. Five different acetal epoxy resin composition films were prepared via low temperature and short-time curing method. In order to find an effect of structural changes due to variation of addition ratio of functionalized PVB upon characterization of acetal epoxy resin compositions, the thermal stability, dielectric property, optical transparency and chemical resistance were investigated and were found to be strongly dependent upon the chemical and morphological structures. The results indicate that composition films are potentially suitable for wide various fields including electronic materials, coatings, encapsulant and adhesive for bullet-proof glass.
