Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have been attracted much attention due to their high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs). Here, we attempted to mechanochemically synthesize perovskite powders using ball milling. We found that the quality of powder-based perovskites strongly depends on ball milling conditions such as rotating speed, the size of balls and reagents. The optimized perovskite powders were successfully obtained with additional volatile and non-volatile additives. We found that PCEs of PSCs fabricated based on perovskite powders retained original performances even after 3 month of powder fabrication, indicating that perovskite powders with dual additives are extremely stable. Additionally, we revealed that green anti-solvents such as 2-propanol(IPA) is superior to chlorobenzene when newly synthesized perovskite powders were used, recording over 20% of PCEs. |
