Perovskite materials have being recognize as very attractive materials in optoelectronic device due to suitable properties such as high color purity, convenient band-gap tunability by simple combination of components and so on. Here, we will suggest perovskite nanocrystals as new emitting materials and that are synthesized by using solubility difference of MAPbX3 perovskite in each solvents, it named by inverse emulsion method. The simple method has one problem that photoluminescence is remarkably eliminated during formation of perovskite thin-film in spite of very strong luminescence when in solution. To solve it, we synthesized by controlling solvent ratio. From the result, we were able to produce a perovskite nanocrystals maintained photoluminescence even if all solvents are evaporated. After optimizing the conditions of formation thin-film, we could expect more efficient route for fabrication perovskite nanocrystal layer. |
