제목 Synthesis of Organic-Inorganic Hybrids of Water-soluble Ladder-like Polysilsesquioxane (LPS) and Polyoxazoline utilizing the sol-gel Reaction of TMOS
초록 Since the organic single material has a limited physical property, a high-performance hybrid material is recently in the spotlight. LPS is one of the organic-inorganic hybrid materials. It has good thermal stability, optical transparency, mechanical property. However, general LPS does not dissolve in water, Conversely LPS-NH3+ has an Zwitterion ion, which is soluble in water. One of the hydrophilic polymer is polyoxazaoline (POZO), which is mutually critical role in the formation of the transparency and homogeneity in hybrid system in silica matrix. If using POZO alone, the mechanical rigidity and thermal stability are insufficient, so that a stable hybrid material can be obtained by blending of LPS-NH3+. In this hybrid system, for film, tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) can be used. The strength and thermal stability of the hybrid film are enhanced by using POZO and LPS-NH3+ in the silica matrix. Characteristics of hybrid materials were analyzed by various analytical tools.
