제목 | Electrical Characterization of Chitosan and Graphene Composites |
초록 | Recently, flexible embedded-capacitors are important emerging elements that can provide significant improvement in the performance and functionality of plastic-based electronic devices. For this reason, many researchers are tried to increasing the dielectric constant of polymer based materials. In this research, the chitosan was used as a polymer matrix and the graphene was selected as conducting filler. And core-shell liked structured was fabricated via theta-condition method. The structural analysis of polymeric material was studied using FT-IR spectroscopy. Morphologies of composites were investigated from SEM and core-shell like structured of composites were confirmed with TEM images. To determine the dielectric constant of the samples were prepared to pellet type capacitor device. |
