REP with carboxyl and alkynyl groups incorporated in GAP-based polyurethane binder by in-situ “click” reaction during polyurethane reaction were synthesized. Several characterization methods such as H1 NMR, C13 NMR, and FT-IR were employed to confirm the structures and viscosity of REP blended with GAP polyol was tested to estimate the plasticization effect. DSC and TGA were used to evaluate the thermal properties. In order to evaluate reactivity of REP, the “click” reactions between REP and GAP polyol with different contents were also investigated. |
