제목 Efficient siRNA delivery system mediated with dendritic gold nanoparticle
초록 RNA interference (RNAi) has received wide attention due to the therapeutic potential of siRNA. However, owing to its rigid double-stranded structure, it is difficult to form tight complex with conventional cationic carriers. Therefore, forming stabilized siRNA/carrier complexes is prerequisites for efficient siRNA delivery. In this study, we synthesized dendritic gold nanoparticles (Au@MCs) using polymeric micelles as a nano-scale template. The new platform of dendritic gold nanoparticles (Au@MC) could give a chance to solve the siRNA encapsulation problem by ionic interaction but also physical interaction, leading to serum stability and improved gene silencing effect.
