제목 The Effect of ZnO with Benzoic Acid Derivatives as Self-assembly Monolayer for Organic Photovoltaics
초록 Bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs) have been considered as potential research field due to their transparency, lightweight, and low cost fabrication. So far, many researchers have focused on improving the power conversion effciency (PCE) of OSCs. Herein, we introduced benzoic acid (BA) derivatives, having different functional groups at 4 position, as a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) between ZnO and active layer. The work function and surface morphology of ZnO have been changed by using SMA molecules owing to their different dipole orientation and magnitude. Futhermore, we investigated the photovoltaic performances to confirm the effect of the SAM molecules.
