제목 물리증착에서 지방산분포의 측정
초록 PVD is examined as a separation method for the fatty acid mixtures of lauric acid and myristic acid by depositing on a cold quartz crystal resonator being a continued study to the previous paper. The vapor phase of the fatty acid mixture is prepared from its melt, of which the composition is arranged with vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE). The composition of lauric acid in the melt and the melt temperature are utilized as the operating variables in the PVD. The growth rate of deposit in the PVD increases, when the melt temperature is raised or the composition of lauric acid in the melt is elevated. The composition is much higher than the melt in the mixtures of 50 % and 75 % lauric acid, even though the deposit composition of lauric acid increases with the melt temperature in all cases. The distribution coefficient of lauric acid between solid and vapor phases is correlated as a function of the growth rate of deposit.
