제목 Modified ZnO as an Electron Transporting Layer for Inverted Polymer Solar Cells
초록 The work function of zinc oxide (ZnO) which was made by sol-gel process as an electron transporting layer (ETL) can be modified by self assembled monolayers (SAMs) molecule. We apply SAM treated ZnO derived from benzoic acid to enhance the performances of the polymer solar cells. Also, the surface energy of ZnO can be modified. Herein, we investigate the photovoltaic properties of polymer solar cells with SAM treated ZnO as an electron collecting layer.
