Chracteristic of resistive switching using Au NPs multiple layer with cortisol and its antibody binding |

It was demonstrated that an resistive switching device structure using sequential self-assembly monolayers(SAMs) gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) with cortisol and its antibody(C-Mab). The device was fabricated in a form of metal-multiple layer-metal. Au NPs was used for resistive switching characteristic through charging or discharging. Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) glass was used for bottom electrode substrate. The top gold (Au) electrode was thermally deposited on multiple Au NPs layer. The current versus voltage (I-V) curve exhibited resistive switching characteristic with hysteresis behaviors, which demonstrated the presence of charging effect. This research establishes the feasibility of resistive switching device for biosensor application. |
