제목 Enhancement efficiency of polymer light-emitting diodes using water-soluble polymer with Cs2CO3
초록 We have fabricated polymeric light-emitting diode (PLED) with multi-layered polymer layer by introducing the water soluble polymer polyethylene oxide (PEO) and ionic compound (Cs2CO3) doping by using it as an electron transport layer. The device structures were ITO/ PEDOT:PSS/ SPG 020 / Al, ITO/PEDOT:PSS/ SPG 020 / water soluble polymer(PEO) + Cs2CO3/ Al. The device water soluble polymer (PEO) layer showed a luminance of 5044 cd/m2 at an applied voltage of 8.2V than without water soluble polymer showed the luminance 2348 cd/m2 at the same applied voltage.
