Synthesis of polypyrrole nanobelts by organic single-crystal surface-induced polymerization in organic solvent |
초록 |
Polypyrrole nanobelts (PNBs) were simply synthesized via organic single-crystal surface-induced polymerization (OCSP) using single crystals of 5-Sulfoisophthalic acid sodium salt (5-SINa) in an organic solvent. The unique shape-copying synthetic process of OCSP was also successfully performed in acetonitrile (ACN). The PNBs exhibit the improved π-stacking and bipolaron structure thus showed higher conductivity of 21.3 S/cm which is 7 times higher than that of polypyrrole fabricated without organic single crystals. This facile and simple process yields mass-producible with inexpensive materials which can replace the expensive materials suitable for flexible devices. |
