Effect of dopant on properties of Li1.006Mn2O4 as cathode materials for lithium ion secondary batteries |
초록 |
Spinel cathode material LiMn2O4 is currently studied as a promising cathode material for lithium ion secondary batteries for future applications because of it is low cost, non-toxicity and environmental friendly. To compensate the loss of lithium ion, due to its high-volatile intrinsic property, during synthesis, non-stoichiometric LiMn2O4 is synthesized with excess amount of lithium. In this study, Nb-doped-Li1.006Mn2O4 and Sb-doped-Li1.006Mn2O4 were synthesized by a well-mixed solid state method. The well-mixed precursor was calcined at 850℃ for 6 hours and its properties were investigated. Correlations of dopant and electrochemical properties were investigated as well. |
