PVSZ-b-PEO Block Copolymer and Its Self-Assembly |

Fabricating the inorganic mesoporous thin fims is still challenge issue. Inorganic based nanoporous materials have been attempted due to the thermal and chemical stability. More challenging is to apply the special functionalization on the surface of such a structure or pore inner walls. In this study, we syntesized the PVSZ-b-PEO BCP and prepared vertically aligned inorganic-base film by siple solvent annealing method on Si wafer. |
