제목 Fabrication of Wrinkle-Based Metal Nanowire Arrays for Highly Omnidirectionally Stretchable Electrode
초록 An innovative electronic device needs to possess highly and omnidirectionally stretchable electrodes. However, most researches have mainly focused on improving the stretchability in only one direction so far. We present a novel conducting layer made of metal nanowire (NW) arrays that are not only highly stretchable but also capable of being elongated in all directions. A PDMS template with 2 dimensioned patterns was used to fabricate the biaxially aligned metal NW arrays. The metal NW array on elastic substrate exhibited high stretchability up to 200% under a uniaxial strain and 120% under a biaxial one, without any critical degradation in its electrical conductance. Furthermore, the metal NW array film also showed the high stretchability under randomly chosen stretching direction. A sequential stress test revealed high robustness of the stretchable elctrode. A stretchable sensor for e-skin was demonstrated to confirm the application of our approach to soft electronics
