Design of processing condition for highly concentrated material system extrusion with supercritical fluid |
초록 |
Highly concentrated material has been applied to various industrial fields, for example, solid rocket fuels, ceramics, cement and so on. However, there are many difficulties to create a highly concentrated material. The first way to solve the difficulty is to use a multimodal particle system. Multimodal particle system was used to maximize the amount of particles into a given volume of polymer. For efficient and continuous production of highly concentrated material, intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder was employed to manufacture highly concentrated polymer composites. supercritical fluid reduces the viscosity of the mixture and increases the diffusion speed by increasing molecular mobility of the polymer. In addition, supercritical fluid can be removed without residue. So, we take advantage of the supercritical fluid to the process. To characterize some properties of highly concentrated polymer composites, mechanical and rheological properties were also accomplished. |
