제목 | Fabrication of anisotropic hydrogel particles that respond to magnetic field |
초록 | The study of polymer microgels has been studied extensively because it is useful as drug carrier that delivers drug to target. In this study, we prepared pH responsible microgels using acrylic acid. And also, we fabricated microgels that respond to magnetic field by adding SPION into microgel. Aqueous solution was prepared by dissolving monomer, cross-linker and initiator in SPION dispersed water. This solution was mixed with organic solvent. Then, emulsion was formed. The aqueous solution became microdrops in emulsion. Polyacrylic acid microgel including SPION was completed by heat polymerization. Also we confirmed that we could control alignment of SPION by changing magnetic field. pH responsible microgel with magnetism is expected that it can be a variety of applications. Especially it will be tracer when it carry drug to the target. |
