Recent study of cesium lead halide perovskite is increasingly important for quantum dot(QDs) light emitting diodes. Their great contribution to advanced perovskite light emitting diode research is truly respectful, but there are still a long way to achieve a goal. Obstacles like moisture weakness, lifetime blocked CsPbX3(X = I-, Br-, Cl-), and phase stability is one of them. Especially CsPbI3, the most metastable cesium halide perovskite in room temperature, needs more advanced method of enhancing stability. Here, we introduce surface treating method of CsPbI3 to enhance their phase stability and increase photoluminescence. With sulfur-oleylamine, called S-OLA, photoluminescence intensity increase by 21% and aged CsPbI3 QDs that transformed into nonluminous phase was recover its photoluminescence 95% of that of the fresh QDs. Therefore, this work will bring us to the upstair of cesium lead halide perovskite QDs research. |
