Voc enhancement of perovskite solar cells based on dipole-induced energy level tuning effect |
초록 |
The surface treatment of three-dimensional perovskites with phenethylamine (PEA) halides (X) that form two-dimensional (2D) perovskites has become popular for improvement in overall power conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), resulting from a phenomenon often referred to as surface passivation, where PEAX is in direct contact with perovskite and the hole transport layer (HTL).However, we observed that the effects of using PEAX in PSCs are also pronounced even though the it is not in direct contact either with bottom layers (perovskites) or top layers (HTLs).In fact, the best PCE, over 22%, was obtained for the cells in which PEAX is not in contact with HTLs by poly(methylmethacryalte) (PMMA). We propose PEAX acts as dipoles, aligned between perovskite and HTL, to cause the shift in energy levels. |
