| 제목 | Thermo-sensitive hydrogels via intra articular injection for long lasting drug delivery |
| 초록 | Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs were known as a various musculoskeletal, however, these drugs have a severe risk of gastrointestinal ulceration by oral administration. To overcome limitation, there have been efforts by directly injecting drug delivery formulation without invasive surgical procedures. Several polysaccharides are soft, biocompatible, and biodegradable so that those are directly infused into damage site without invasive surgery. Thermo-sensitive polymers rapidly form hydrogel at a specific temperature, however, this hydrogels formulation is not maintained for long-term in normal condition. Using these properties, we designed a novel thermo-sensitive injectable hydrogel and loaded nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug via simply mixing. Thus, we believe that this hydrogel could be a promising drug delivery platform for the treatment of musculoskeletal. |
