제목 Synthesis and Electroluminescent Properties of Coumarin derivatives for OLEDs
초록 In this study, Ph-An-Me, 1-Na-An-MeC, 2-Na-An-MeC, and An-C, were designed and synthesized through Suzuki coupling reaction. Four compounds showed photoluminescence (PL) maximum wavelength of 461nm~472nm in solution state, and photoluminescence (PL) maximum wavelength of 456nm~475nm in the film state. Four materials were used as emitting layer (EMLs) n non-doped OLEDs with the following structures: ITO/2-TNATA (60 nm)/NPB (15 nm)/EMLs (35 nm)/Alq3 (20 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (200 nm). Non-doped devices showed luminescence efficiency of 2.14, 2.07, 1.52, and 1.12 cd A-1 at a current density of 10 mA cm-2.
