Influence of concentration of N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate on epoxy resin cure system |

DGEBA/N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate systems were prepared by different concentrations of the N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate. The effects on the rheological and thermal properties of the epoxy systems were investigated using several techniques. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectrum was known that N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate was successfully synthesized. Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used for the stability and characterization of the thermal latent cured epoxy systems. As a result, the thermal properties were improved with an increase in the concentration of the N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate. |
