제목 Thermomechanical properties and shape memory effects of  polyolefin elastomer/polyaniline(POSS) blends
초록 Organically soluble emeraldine salt of polyaniline(PANI)/sulfonated polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(sPOSS) was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization in an emulsion system. The sPOSS acted as both a dopant and surfactant in the emulsion system, which produced the PANI/sPOSS hybird particles with a diameter of 200-300 nm. Conductivity of the PANI/sPOSS hybrid nanoparticles was found to be as high as 18 S/cm when sPOSS content is 30 mol% in the hybrid. The PANi/sPOSS hybrid particles were blended with polyolefin elastomer (POE) by a solution blending. Electrical properties, thermal and mechanical properties and shape memory effects of the POE/PANi(sPOSS) blends were examined by using a four-probe method, DSC, DMA and UTM, respectively.
