제목 Synthesis and characterization of donoracceptor copolymers based on 2,5-Di(thiophen-2-yl)thiazolo[5,4-d]thiazole for polymeric solar cells
초록 We have synthesized two types of 2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)thiazolo[5,4-d]thiazole (TZ) based alternating donor-acceptor (D-A) copolymers including two extended coplanar fused structure of indolo[3,2-b]carbazole unit (IC) and indeno[1,2-b]fluorene unit (IF). The optical, electrochemical, charge carrier mobility, morphological and photovoltaic characteristics were investigated. The number average molecular weights of the polymers measured by gel permeation chromatography ranged from 11,000 to 17,000 g/mol-1. The synthesized two copolymers show good solubility in common organic solvent and band-gap was measured at 2.1 eV and 2.2 eV, respectively. Their morphological and photovoltaic characteristics will be discussed in detail.
