We describe a facile route to fabricating Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) with TIPS-pentacene / polystyrene (PS) blend active semiconductor microarray layer based on doctor blade coating. Amorphous PS in blend film effectively assists the microarray crystallization of TIPS-pentacene film via doctor blade method, giving rise to a thin and environmentally stable with TIPS-pentacene crystal. As consequences a transistor device exhibits stable source-drain current modulation through the array direction with the ON/OFF ratio larger than 104 and 0.2 cm2/Vs mobility. |
