제목 Synthesis and Fabrication of Highly Conductive PEDOT:PSS Film with Excellent Stability and Its Applications for Electric Devices
초록 Conjugated polymers have attracted extensive attention due to their unique optical, processable, electronic properties including an excellent conductivity, and low cost. Highly conductive film has potentials to be applicable to high performance organic devices such as organic circuit, touch screen, and solar cells. In this work, we present about influencing factors in the synthesis of PEDOT:PSS and evaluation of conductivity. Various influencing factors including molecular weight of PSSA, synthesis temperature, PEDOT:PSS ratio, and degassing treatment were investigated in the synthesis of PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution for electrical conductivity evaluation. As a result, the enhanced PEDOT:PSS were used to silver nanowire(Ag NW) composite film and solar cell. When using the enhanced PEDOT:PSS for Ag NW film and buffer layer exhibited high photovoltaic performance.
