제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Low-Bandgap Conjugated Copolyemrs Based on Benzodithiophene(BDT) for Organic Photovoltaic
초록 Copolymers(BDT-CN and DTBDT-CN) were synthesized by the stiller cross-coupling polymerization. The copolymers were characterized by GPC, 1H-NMR, TGA and DSC. The photophysical properties for the copolymers were investigated by UV(Ultraviolet spectrum). UV absorption peaks of copolymers were found at 343 ~ 580 nm in solution and at 343 ~ 602 nm in film state. BDT-CN exhibited band gap of 1.77 eV. DTBDT-CN exhibited band gap of 1.83 eV. The copolymers were evaluated with power conversion efficiency of OPV were estimated to be for 0.083% for BDT-CN and DTBDT-CN.
