제목 Rapid synthesis of nano-sized zeolite Y without organic template
초록 The effects of synthesis conditions, type and mole ratio of initial materials, mixing, aging time and composition, on the size and Si/Al ratio of nano-sized zeolite Y have been studied at atmosphere pressure. Different aging time may lead to the different phase of zeolite Y even using the same initial materials. The results show that 18 hrs of aging time at room temperature was proven to be an optimum regarding crystal size and phase purity. on the average, 200nm of zeolite Y was successfully synthesized at atmosphere pressure. The phase, morphology and molar ration in frame work of zeolite Y were measured by XRD, SEM and ICP-AES.
