Characterization and fabrication of zirconium oxide fibers for dye-sensitized solar cell application |
초록 |
Electrospinning technique has been recognized as a versatile and effective method for the production of fibers with small diameter and high surface-to-volume ratio. In this work, zirconium oxide fiber was prepared by electrospinning method using paste additions of dye-sensitized solar cell. Electrospun zirconium oxide fiber was prepared from zirconium acetate and poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) as a precursor. Zirconium oxide fibers were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analyse(TGA), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). We calculated by grain size and activation energy for grain growth at different calcination temperature. The prepared zirconium oxide fiber could be applied for high dye-sensitized solar cell efficiency. |
