제목 Synthesis and Properties of Poly(phenylacetylene-co-1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylacetylene)
초록 The polymerization of acetylene and terminal and internal alkynes by using transition metal catalysts yielded the linear conjugated polymer systems with the designed functionalities. The polymerization of a bulky disubstituted acetylene monomer, 1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylacetylene, was performed by transition metal catalysts to give a copolymer, poly(phenylacetylene-co-1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylacetylene). This product was partially desilyated one of ideal poly(1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylacetylene). The electrochemical and electro-optical properties of the resulting copolymer were measured and discussed.
