Preparation and characteristics of UV curable optical elastic resin having various contents of reactive oligomers |
초록 |
Optical elastic resins were synthesized by free radical polymerization to improve the shock resistance and the visibility of display. Novel optical elastic resin was formed by ultraviolet (UV) curing of acryl rubber and reactive oligomer. These acryl rubber-based resins possessed not only good transparency and adhesion performance but also shock resistance, durability, and stability. The reaction rate and extent of UV curing were found to be strongly dependent on the functionality of reactive acrylic oligomer. Various optical elastic resins were prepared depending on the contents of reactive oligomer. The crosslinked structure of UV curable optical elastic resin played crucial role in the adhesion and mechanical property. |
