Alginate Beads were coated with basic proteinoid of poly lysine. The Basic proteinoid was prepared by a thermal-condensation reaction of lys. After synthesis, basic peptide was characterized using NMR and FT-IR. 10 ml alginate solution (3%) in distilled water was dropped into 70 ml of CaCl2 solution (50mM, pH 5) over 3 min using a syringe and then mixture was stirred for 30 min. For the coating of alginate beads with poly-lysine solution the bead transferred to 70ml of MES buffer (1% , 2% at pH 5) and then mixture was stirred for 30 min. The beads coated with basic peptide were retrieved by filtration and freeze dry. pH-sensitive bead characterized by swelling ratio and release of various pH. The objective of this research was the release of the dyes under various pH conditions. |
