Preparation of heterogeneous cation exchange membrane containing pulverized ion exchange resins onto sulfonated poly(phenylene oxide)(SPPO) matrix |
| 초록 |
A novel SPPO heterogeneous cation exchange membranes were prepared by casting method. The cation exchange resins were pulverized by air jet mill. . The average particle size of the cation exchange resins were under 10μm. The morphology of the SPPO heterogeneous membranes were investigated by optical spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The tensile strength of the membrane containing the 50 wt% pulverized ion exchange resins were higher than that of the commercial membrane. However, the tensile strength of the membranes containing over 60 wt% IER were lower. |
