Preparation and characterization of photo-reactive chitosan derivative for immobilization of growth factors |

Immobilization of growth factors such as Transforming Growth Factor (TGF), Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is very helpful to increase half-life of growth factors in the body.The purpose of this research is to find one of effective way for immobilization of growth factors.As the basic step of this research, photo-reactive chitosan derivative was prepared. Both photo-reactivity and cytotoxity of photo-reactive chitosan derivative were alsoexamined by culture ofcell(COS7) on the media which contain photo-reactive chitosan derivative prepared. |
