제목 preparation and characteristics of photoreactive chitosan derivative for drug fixation material
초록 In this work, water-soluble and photoreactive low molecular weight chitosan derivative was prepared for immobilization of various bioactive compounds. low molecular weight chitosan that prepared by nitrous acid depolymerization method was synthesized to photoreactive chitosan derivative having azido group via alkalization, tosylation, azidation. N-4-azidobenzoyloxy succinimide synthesizes to prepared low molecular polymer which contained azido group for high efficient immobilization.because of degree of hardening in water and biocompatibility, photoreactive chitosan derivative having azido group considered that suitable with medical application and drug delivery material.
