제목 Synthesis of novel sulfonated poly(vinylidene fluoride)(SPVDF) cation exchange membranes
초록 The sulfonated PVDF cation exchange membranes were synthesized with chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent by direct sulfonation reaction. The membranes were prepared by casting methods using the sulfonated PVDF(SPVDF) with PVDF matrix. The structure, morphology and Surface area of the membranes were investigated Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The thermal stability, water uptake, ion exchange capacity(IEC) and ion conductivity of the membranes were measured., The degree of sulfonation(DS) and ion exchange capacity(IEC) were increased with increasing the sulfonating ratios.
