Recently, conductive polymers have been received a lot of research interests as transparent electrodes due to their promising properties such as outstanding conductivity, peculiar transparency, lightness, low price, and flexibility. In this study, hybridization of conducting polymers with graphene has been attempted. At first, assembly of water soluble reduced graphene oxide (rGO) with poly(vinyl sulfate) (PVS) was successfully synthesized through noncovalent approach. Then, 3,4-ethyldioxythiophene (EDOT) was polymerized to poly(3,4-ethyldioxythiophene) (PEDOT) on the surface of rGO/PVS assembly. the resulting rGO/PVS/PEDOT hybrid nanomaterials showed excellent electrical conductivity together with superior transparency, which is highly promising for the conduction of flexible transparent electrodes. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
