제목 Fabrication and characteristics of conjugated polymer films synthesized by interfacial polymerization
초록 Polypyrrole and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) are an electrically conducting polymers, which consists of five-membered heterocyclic rings, and has attracted much attention because of its good electrical conductivity. Much research has been reported on the synthesis of materials, nano-scaled film fabrication and patterning for practically applications. In this work, we developed that the improved conductivity and easy film forming process were realized through interfacial polymerization using ESD(electo spray deposition) technique. Especially, these PEDOT layer films has a conductivity as low as 250Ω·square-1 and up to 85% optical transmittance and are controlled at 100-nm thickness level and can be directly patterned down to 1000 nm line. These conductive PEDOT films can be easily hybridized with nano metals such as metal nanoparticles and/or nanowires
