제목 Comparative study of halogenated and non-halogenated processing solvents with polymer donor and non-fullerene acceptor for organic solar cells
초록 The non-fullerene acceptors also improve the light-harvesting capability and enable highly efficient organic solar cells (OSCs) device performance. Although most of high performance OSCs are processed from chlorinated solvents, these adversely affect for human health and environment. Therefore, it is essential to replace halogenated solvents with relatively less toxic non-halogenated/green solvents for the environmentally friendly OSCs. In this regard, we did comparative study of OSCs on halogenated solvent and non-halogenated solvent using our synthesized polymers as donor with non-fullerene acceptor, ITIC. We obtained the photovoltaic performance of halogen free solvent almost nearby with halogenated solvent. Thus, improvement of device efficiency with non-halogenated solvents is an effective avenue for the development of environmentally friendly OSCs.
