제목 Graphene-polymer hybrid nanoparticles with robust chemical binding
초록 Graphene or chemically modified graphene sheets including graphene oxide have attracted a great deal of interest, due to their physical, electrical, and mechanical properties. Graphene oxide sheets contain a range of reactive oxygen functional groups which renders it a good candidate for use in the various applications through chemical functionalization. In this study, we’re going to report the preparation of electroconductive graphene coated on polymer particles using a chemical coupling method between chemically modified graphene oxide sheets and functionalized polymer particles by surfactant-free aqueous emulsion polymerization. The hybrid nanoparticles were critically characterized by DLS, FT-IR, AFM, SEM, and their physical properties including electroconductivity were evaluated in terms of graphene modification and its concentration.
