Organic conjugated polymers can be used to fabricate optoelectronic devices, including unipolar complementary circuits, light-emitting diodes, field effect transistors, photovoltaics, and sensors. Current efforts are focused on the synthesis of high-performance copolymers that feature broad absorption spectra, suitable energy levels, and efficient charge transport. Conjugated polymer with donor−acceptor (D−A) architectures are of particular interest because their electronic and optoelectronic properties could be efficiently tuned by intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), leading to low band gap semiconductors with relatively high charge carrier mobilities. Here, we report newly synthesized polymeric semiconductors Polymer the enhancement in field-effect mobility achieved through donor-acceptor copolymer concept. |
