제목 | Sol-gel synthesis of BT-(Bi0.5,Na0.5)TiO3 complex Perovskite Ceramics and their Dielectric Properties |
초록 | Recently great interests of hybrid cars or electronic cars lead to unlimited research about pulsed power system. The capacitors which are one of the most important components composing pulsed power system exhibit high energy density and thermal stability in wide range of temperature. Relaxor ferroelectric ceramics are promising materials to satisfying these requirements for pulsed power capacitors. In this study, lead-free relaxor ferroelectrics, BaTiO3-(Bi0.5, Na0.5)TiO3 (BT-BNT)system is introduced. The BT which is popular lead-free ferroelectrics has phase transitions at 0OC and 120OC, which causes dramatic change of dielectric permittivity. For addition of BNT its phase transition temperature is shifted to higher or lower temperature, and relaxation behavior was observed that can exhibit stable dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. In addition, current demands for device miniaturization in the electronic industry need new techniques for the preparation of crystalline fine powders. Among the various preparation methods developed so far, the sol-gel synthesis has been appeared to be one of suitable methods for the industrial requirements of BaTiO3-(Bi0.5, Na0.5)TiO3 (BT-BNT) powders. For the above reasons, this study synthesize the powder through sol-gel synthesis. The microstructure observed by Fe-SEM and crystal structure and phase formation figured out via XRD. The dielectric properties such as dielectric permittivity and loss measured in the wide temperature and frequency range. |
