제목 | Stability improvement and decay dynamics of mixed halide perovskite |
초록 | Lead halide perovskites have achieved tremendous achievements in optoelectronic and energy applications but the toxicity of lead (Pb) restricts their large scale application, therefore the trend toward lead less or lead free is inevitable. Although incorporating tin (Sn) into cesium lead bromide CsPbBr3 or cesium lead iodide CsPbI3 to obtain lead-less perovskite has been done, the effect of tin doping on mixed halide inorganic perovskite and their phase transformation dynamics still needs further exploration Herein, we have synthesized mixed halide perovskite CsPbI2Br as a control sample and tin doping were conducted by adjusting the ratio of PbI2 and SnI2 precursor. Comparing to undoped sample, the optical properties of doped samples were almost unchanged. As a key factor for device applications, the film stability of synthesized CsPbxSn1-xI2Br was carefully examined by following the change of the optical properties and structure when stored in ambient conditions.
