Until recently, industries related to energy harvesting and sensors have used Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 with superior ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties. As lead based materials have been pointed out in issue related to the environment pollution, lead free materials have been actively studied. One of most noticeable materials is Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-Sr0.7Bi0.2TiO3(BNT-SBT) ,containing Bi3+ which has large spontaneous polarization (Pm) and a lone-pair electron like Pb2+. In order to compare the energy storage capacity according to the calcination ratio between BNT and SBT, simply mixed BNT-SBT and partially calcined BNT-SBT powder at 850°c were prepared. BNT-SBT thick film with relaxor ferroelectric property was fabricated by an aerosol deposition(AD) method. AD is possible to design artificial relaxor ferroelectric BNT-SBT thick film with nano-grain, maintaining each composition and phase at room temperature. The thick film fabricated through AD was heat-treated at 550°c for 2 hours to recover crystallinity. It was confirmed that the mixed powder and the calcined powder had different peaks of X-Ray diffraction pattern, which affected the hysteresis of each thick film fabricated by the AD. This study suggests that fraction of partially calcinated amount might be an effective strategy to enhance the capacity of energy storage capacitors. |
