Hybrid photodetectors geared with a photoactive ruthenium complex |
초록 |
The charge transport properties of optoelectronic devices could be manipulated not only by applying gate bias, but also by changing the intensity of incident light in the configuration of field-effect transistor (FET). Photodetectors based on graphene and organic semiconductor combine light detection and signal amplificationHowever, graphene and OSC typically have low light absorption for use in high-performance photodetectors. A Ru-complex was newly synthesized and applied as a charge transfer agent to the graphene and BPE-PTCDI FETs via a simple solution method. After the functionalization, the performance of photodetectors was greatly improved due to the metal-ligand charge transfer (MLCT). |
