제목 Enzymatic activity of immobilized trypsin on the macroporous PMMA-co-PMAA bead for proteom analysis
초록 Protein identification using peptide sequence mapping has been a significant issue in proteomics, and enzymatic digestion plays important roles as essential technology. Therefore, improving stability and efficiency of enzymes was major concern of researchers. In this sense, immobilized trypsin has attracted due to its longer stability and higher efficiency. We developed trypsin-immobilized macroporous PMMA-co-PMAA bead for protein digestion. Using standard proteins, we optimized the digestion methods and demonstrated its feasibility for proteome analysis.
