제목 | Effects of sustained-release Tulobuterol on Asthma control from granule delivery system |
초록 | Granule system which is one of the drug delivery system has been developed to improve manufacturing process and other problems of tablet osmotic system. It consists of seed layer, drug layer, and drug release controlled membrane layer and manufactured by fluidized bed coater. Tulobuterol(α-〔(tert-butylamino)methyl〕benzyl alcohol) hydrochloride is a novel bronchodilator; as one of the β2-agonist agents, it has superior selective activity on the β2-receptor than other agents in this class. Recently, Eudragit acrylic resins have been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a film coating for bitter taste prevention and controlled drug delivery. We studyed the effects on the in vitro release profiles of tulobuterol hydrochloride granule coated with an Eudragit film-coating formulation. Fig 1.
